Your regular mail shipping order will arrive within 3-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Expedited service is available! PLEASE NOTE: We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 14 days of order fulfillment! Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have all original hang tags. Items are eligible for return/exchange as long as they are in their original condition, and any items that require cleaning by our inspection crew (due to deodorant marks, self-tanner, makeup, etc.) will have a $10 cleaning fee deducted from the refund total. Items that have been worn/had the tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us for any questions on return/exchange eligibility.Your original shipping fees are non-refundable, we don't offer FREE shipping on any exchanges.Return for Refund: Orders sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of 15%. This fee does not include your return shipping label.
