Items are eligible for return/exchange as long as they are in their original condition, and any items that require cleaning by our inspection crew (due to deodorant marks, self-tanner, makeup, etc.) will have a $10 cleaning fee deducted from the refund total. Items that have been worn/had the tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.
